If the returned item was what you ordered but didn't turn out exactly what you were hoping for, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have received an item that was damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the incorrect item please contact enquiries@tbceyewear.com. Please include your order number, your message along with pictures of your order - our team will then provide you with the next steps. In terms of a new pair/correct item we will pay for shipping costs to you for the replacement item.
